BACKGROUND

I can't remember past the age of 3 that I didn't do anything that got my blood pumping and sent my adrenaline to the max--having a tennis racket in my hand, kicking a football, swimming, diving, running. You name it, I'd be doing it and I still do. I went on to play professional football and tennis for many years until I was struck by an injury; that's when my focus and love of trainer turned into helping other people. I have been in the industry for the better part of 15 years now, constantly educating myself further along the way, and I have been fortunate enough to help a wide range of clients from professional athletes to the clinically obese and those with eating disorders, to name a few.

I truly believe in training from the inside out and being the best version of yourself you can possibly be. Trying to be someone else or looking like someone else is pointless; they are already taken. This philosophy alone has taken my own personal journey to new heights and helped all my clients reach their true potential and goals. Get to know yourself inside out, listen to your body, and the rest will follow.

Bsc (Hon) Sport and Exercise Science with management - Loughborough University

Full Diploma in Sports Therapy inc. Level 3 Advanced Personal Training- Premier Training & Development +
