I am the type of person who doesn’t easily back down on challenges. But, I was humbled by the challenges that physical fitness presented to me. During the first time I hit the gym, I realised that the main challenge about getting fit wasn’t about lifting heavy equipment or getting tired doing different set of exercises over and over. It’s about having the discipline to move forward and fight the urge to stop. As I learned to overcome such challenge, that’s when I also realised that I wanted to help people become the best versions of themselves. Soon after, I found myself getting certified to become a personal trainer.
For more than five years now, I’ve been using my training and experience helping others becomes victorious in achieving their fitness goals. I do this by creating programmes that not only focus on weight management, but also give emphasis on overall physical fitness and wellness.
