As someone who enjoyed sports since childhood, the importance of health and fitness was instilled in me at a very young age. I learned back then that without a healthy and fit body, you become prone to illnesses, which for a small child means not being able to play outside and have fun. Thanks to a physically active childhood, I knew from the get-go that I wanted to be a personal trainer. And here I am now, a fully qualified level 4 personal trainer, helping people conquer their weight and health issues. I work closely with clients to discover the errors they are doing in their lifestyle and designing physical and nutritional programmes that target those errors.
I especially think that the topic of health and fitness is valuable in these modern times. And I wanted to use my know-how as a personal trainer to help spread awareness about the subject by assisting one client at a time in reaching their health and fitness goals.
