BACKGROUND

I’ve been working in the fitness industry for more than five years. I’ve started out as an assistant manager for a local fitness facility and eventually ventured as an independent personal trainer. Although I’ve encountered a lot of exercise programmes in my career, nothing has fascinated me more than Pilates. I love that it allows me to be tremendously creative when it comes to exercises, equipment and props. No two sessions are the same, but the results are always rewarding.

I’m always for health and fitness and I want to others to embrace this belief as well. So my advice has always been if you want to live a happy, healthy life, begin by getting fit!

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Fully qualified personal trainer and Pilates instructor
  • Expertise includes core strength training and weight training for weight loss
