My working career started in the corporate world of IT but then transitioned into Fitness shortly thereafter, realising quickly that dealing with people from behind a computer was not my aspiration in life. From a young age I led an active lifestyle, playing semi pro football to now a practitioner of Brazilian JiuJitsu and Muay Thai Kickboxing whilst continuing with my own Strength and Conditioning training. Seeing the benefits exercising had on me both with my health and wellbeing, I knew a career where I could help others would be more rewarding and satisfactory.
Qualifying as a Personal Trainer in 2008, I had the opportunity to work alongside top Strength and Conditioning Coaches, Celebrity PTs, Sports Nutritionist and researchers of the Sports Science field to learn more than what the qualification could ever show me in the short frame of time. Continuing with my own self development in numerate areas pertaining to fitness and nutrition and soon to be completing a Masters in Strength and Conditioning, I solely witnessed how science was constantly evolving and how critical it was for a professional to stay up to date. With my experience and knowledge, I’ve developed a successful track record of delivering programs and workouts tailored for clients wanting to lose fat, improve their posture, increase muscle and strength and sport specific workouts whistling improving their health and well-being.
